new here?
Here's the whole idea.
You buy a piece from the line. Your order arrives with an empty bag — fill it with clothes you no longer wear and leave it out on the pickup day you chose at checkout.
What happens next depends on what's in the bag. Anything a child can wear goes to a child, and you get a photo when it does. Anything too worn to pass on is recycled or handed to a special waste management partner instead. Both keep it out of a landfill, but only the first one ends with a photo — so not every bag sends one back.

the loop
This is why we exist.
When your article reaches a child, they hold it up for a photo, and that photo comes back to you. You find out how it ended, which is more than anyone usually gets to know.
We call it closing a loop. It's the entire reason 2421 exists.

Exactly a store — with one condition
Every article is numbered and made with the fabric and finishing of a piece that could stand on a shelf anywhere. The condition: buying one means scheduling a donation pickup at checkout, every time.
